The products sold on our store are health and personal care products. Therefore, we regret that once the pack is opened, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for any possible exchange, it must be due to defect or damage of the product, or a wrongly delivered item.
It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case of defect or damage, the items will be replaced by the same product.
Kindly report the damage by sending us an email no later than 3 days after it was received, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will be able to assist you from there.
Alternatively, you may send the exchange items to our office located at 63 Jalan Pemimpin, Pemimpin Industrial Building #04-05.
You are responsible for bearing the shipping costs of any returned items. Kindly note that the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you varies on distance.
(If you are returning an item/multiple items that are at least $24, please consider using a trackable shipping service. ProHealth Marketing cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and will not bear the cost of any items lost in shipping.
